The Online Check Logs page records every batch of files submitted to the OPSWAT Metadefender Cloud service for online verification. Each submission is one "online check" run from the Malware Scanner results page.
The action bar shows the page title Online Check Logs, a Configure button that links to the Malware Scanner tab in Global Configuration, and the submission type chip showing the current setting (Hashes or Files).
The subtitle shows the time of the last submission (relative, e.g. "3 days ago", or "Never" if no submission has been made).
A persistent warning banner beneath the action bar provides a Contact Us link to request professional malware analysis assistance.
If at least one submission exists, three summary cards are shown:
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Submissions Total | Total number of submission batches recorded |
| Files Scanned | Total individual files submitted across all batches |
| Threats Found | Total threats detected across all batches (shown in red when > 0) |
If no submissions have been made yet, a placeholder card is shown instead.
The table lists each submission log entry. Search and pagination controls are available above the table.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Files Scanned | Number of files in this submission batch (dark badge) |
| Threats Found | Number of threats detected (green badge if 0, red badge if > 0) |
| Infected Files | Up to three infected file names as warning badges. A secondary badge shows the count of additional infected files when there are more than three. A green "None" badge is shown when no infected files were found. |
| Creation Date | The date and time the submission was recorded |
| Checkbox | Selects the entry for deletion |
If no OPSWAT API key is configured in Global Configuration > Malware Scanner, a danger alert is shown and submissions are not possible. Configure your free OPSWAT key to enable online checks.
