The Check Vulnerabilities page scans your installed Joomla extensions against the SecurityCheck Pro vulnerability database and reports which are known to be vulnerable.
The action bar shows the page title (Vulnerabilities), the database update date, and - when the Update Database plugin is installed and enabled - the last check timestamp and a real-time update status badge:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green - OK | Database is up to date |
| Secondary - Not Launched | The plugin has not yet performed a check |
| Red - Problem | An error occurred; see the alert below the action bar |
| Blue - Not Installed | The Update Database plugin is not installed |
| Yellow - Disabled | The plugin is installed but disabled |
When there is a problem, an action button appears: Check Config links to Joomla Update Sites, or Renew links to the subscription page if the subscription has expired.
Three summary cards show:
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Extensions | Total number of extensions checked against the database |
| Vulnerable | Extensions confirmed as vulnerable (shown in red when > 0) |
| Undefined | Extensions with an uncertain vulnerability status (shown in orange when > 0) |
The table lists all extensions checked. Filter controls allow you to narrow the list by Extension Type (All, Core, Component, Plugin, Module) and Vulnerability Status (All, Vulnerable, Not Vulnerable).
Columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Internal database identifier |
| Product | Extension name. Vulnerable and Undefined extensions are clickable links that open a detail modal |
| Type | Extension type badge: Core (light), Component (blue), Module (grey), Plugin (dark) |
| Installed Version | The version currently installed on your site |
| Vulnerable | Status badge: Vulnerable (red), Not Vulnerable (green), or Undefined (yellow) |
Clicking a product name for a vulnerable or undefined extension opens a modal titled Vulnerability Info with detailed information about the specific vulnerability.
