Dashboard
The Dashboard is the main screen of SecurityCheck Pro, reached by navigating to Components > SecurityCheck Pro. It consolidates the most important security information and controls into a single view.
On a fresh installation the dashboard opens with the setup wizard. After updating to a new version, a short "What's new" guided tour highlights the main changes of the release; it is shown once per user and can be dismissed at any time.
Hero - Overall Security Status
A full-width hero card displays the site's Overall Security % as a circular gauge. The gauge colour reflects the score: green when the score is 80 % or above, orange between 60 % and 79 %, and red below 60 %. A timestamp shows when the status was last calculated.
Click Check Status to open the System Info page, where each contributing factor is explained.
An informational banner may appear once per day showing recent attack counts for a randomly selected period. It is dismissed automatically and does not appear again for 24 hours.
Plugin Status Cards
Four compact cards appear beneath the hero:

The Update Database and Spam Protection cards show a More Info link if the corresponding plugin is not installed. When installed, toggling the plugin directly from the dashboard avoids navigating to the Joomla Plugin Manager.
Subscriptions Status
A card on the left side of the layout shows the subscription status for each product:
- SecurityCheck Pro - version badge (blue) and subscription status badge (green = Active, red = Expired, dark = Not Defined)
- SecurityCheck Pro Update Database - version badge and status, if the plugin is installed
- Track Actions - version badge and status, if the plugin is installed
If any subscription is expired, a Renew button links to the subscription page.
When no Download ID is configured in Joomla Update Sites, a companion card labelled Download ID appears alongside the subscriptions card. It includes a Fill it now button that links to the Joomla Update Sites manager.
Configuration Card
A card below Subscriptions groups two sub-sections side by side:
- Easy Config - shows whether the recommended configuration preset has been applied. See Easy Config for details.
- Lock Status - shows whether table locking is active. See Lock Tables for details.
Statistics Card
The right column contains the Statistics card with three tabs. See Statistics for details.
